My son is 8 years old and he really enjoys his swim lessons at Waterworks. His instructor is calm and reassuring, even when my son takes time learning new skill. He usually has a smile on his face and seems to really care about the kids. My son started his lessons about 9 months ago. Since started taking lessons in Waterworks, he is very comfortable swimming and learning new skills. Pros: - Waterworks has great team of instructors. - Pool is heated. Cons: - No private showers or change rooms.
my son was not ready to be in a pool w a group of kids and an instructor. hes used to having a parent w him and half the time he was goofing off so i was not about to put him in a class w a bunch of kids. the instructors are all patient and wonderful w the kids (from what i have observed). the one on one is great! my kid went from not passing basic baby skills to going to level 5 in roughly 22 sessions. id really like to see more chairs as some days its really crowded. we will be continuing year round! o and of course its indoor so we are protected from the sun! the only issue i have was w the online scheduling. the first time doing it was confusing and kept timing me out. so i called and did it over the phone and it worked out. dont know what the deal was but now i have no problem purchasing more, canceling or scheduling.
Our kids 2.5 and 3.5 are doing so well. The teachers know how to work with each kids different levels of comfortable and learning ability. Our daughter 3.5 is already floating on her back starting at her 2nd lesson. I highly recommend private lessons.
I've been bringing my son in for swimming lessons since November/December 2018 and he loves it. First he's taught safety. Safety is a priority which is great when it comes to kids and pools. I can't believe how much he's learned in such a short period of time. Brooke, his instructor, is phenomenal. I can't thank her enough for all she's taught my son. He's become more confident in the water and that is so important to me.
We have only purchased the twelve classes and splitting them with my two kids a 3yo and 5yo. Even though the ratio is small one kid ends up waiting while the other one is Learning. The coaches are great, so far nothing but good things
We LOVE Waterworks and we LOVE my daughter's instructor, Andrew! We have tried other swim lessons but nothing compares to the instruction they get in this environment. She is only 4 and has learned so much already. She looks forward to swim class every week and is proud of herself when she learns something new. I really like that each instructor gives you a "progress report" at the end of each class so you know exactly how your child is doing. You won't regret your decision to go with Waterworks!
Both my kids learn swim here. Instructors like Amanda and Johnny are great. Waterworks does a good job picking instructors. We tried several swim schools near where we live but no one has instructor qualities comparable to Waterworks. Customer service is also good. They will call well ahead if an instructor can't make a lesson. And if you have to skip a lesson, you can always get a make up.
We love doing swimming lessons here! The more individualized attention makes a big difference! Our daughter's teacher has been fantastic. She looks forward to lessons every week and is making great progress!
My son wasn't crazy about the idea of taking swim lessons but here at Waterworks he is thriving and enjoying every minute. His instructor, is awesome and has been super patient with him. She has managed to make him excited to come to swim class. Love this place and its staff!
Waterworks is an excellent place to take your kids to learn how to swim. The staff are very friendly and the instructors teach muscle memory effectively. Our kids went from level 2 to swimming a lap in quick time.
I've been taking my son here for swim lessons for the past few months and he's not only no longer afraid of the deep end, but has found a love for swimming. His instructors are extremely patient and encouraging. Would recommend these swim lessons to any child who would like to learn how to swim!
Great swim school!! Our 4 year old has been swimming several months there and we are shocked to see such huge progress so quickly! His teacher communicates well, seems to enjoy her time teaching the kids and clearly knows what she is doing. It is such a pleasure watching our little one learn here. I would highly recommend it!
Great swim instruction. All the teachers have been great. The best part about this swim program is that you can buy class passes, and share them between all the kids. There is no monthly commitment other than the class pass that you buy.
My kids have been taking lessons here for almost a year now. Their instructor has been amazing in terms of teaching and constructive feedback. My kids are always excited about going for their swim lessons. Their swimming has improved and so has their confidence. We are very happy with the lessons.
Our kids love it here!! We go weekly. Super clean and staffs are amazing. They like their lessons :)
My son (8) and daughter (5) love their instructors! They have made tremendous strides in their development since coming over to Waterworks. My son is now swimming and my daughter is doing the back float. My daughter is super particular and can be quite stubborn at times but has fully embraced her instructor. They are very friendly and gentle to the kids.
We decided to enroll our son to waterworks swim this year and it was one of the best decisions we made, our son is swimming like a fish, with 12 sessions with Instructor BRYAN! Bryan is an amazing teacher, connected with my son Miguel and very patient, awesome with kids. I highly recommend Bryan. my whole family was amazed how good Miguel was swimming! he is water safe even before summer begins!
We have been taking our 4 year old son for swim lessons at the Yorba Linda location and have been very happy. We have coach Gabriella and she is awesome. Our son is very cautious, but she has gained his trust and we see tremendous improvement every week. We definitely recommend swim lessons at this location. All of the coaches are very friendly and the facility is well maintained.
Initially, I had mixed feelings about the Waterworks setup. My 2.4 yr old daughter was doing very well paired up in semi-private lessons with someone at her level. However, my 4.1 yr old wasn't excelling further because he was being paired up with beginner swimmers. I contacted Waterworks about this and the manager came out personally to evaluate my son's level and even chatted with me about my goals for him. I mentioned an upcoming Cabo trip and my desire for him to snorkel with me. Well, folks - Vanessa went way above and beyond by showing my son how to use a snorkel and now he's swimming like a fish. I really didn't think this was possible a few weeks ago. Cabo, here we come!!
My kids LOVE their weekly swim lessons. We have been attending swim at LA Fitness for 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. My daughter (6yrs) loves Miss Melissa. She is calm, reassuring and keeps her focused on her form and challenges her to push herself. Miss Gabriella has my 3 year old son and he refuses to swim with a different instructor. She is silly, high energy and can get him to take risks because he knows she will be there if he needs her. These girls are amazing and we are very thankful for their patience and the care they show our children. Thank you Waterworks !! The Coopers
Love this place. I was looking for a balance between ineffective group lessons, and insanely expensive private locations, and was referred here by a friend. I am SO glad we tried it out! My 3 year old daughter is incredibly stubborn and it can be frustrating, but Melissa, her instructor, has been phenomenal. She is patient, positive, and helping her make SO much progress! She is now watersafe (which was most important to me), but we will continue lessons because we are so happy with the progress. (I have also observed Chad in lessons and he has the same positive approach). Thank you waterworks, and thank you Melissa!!
Amazing amazing amazing! I was so tired of paying for swim lessons through places that had big group lessons. My daughter never learned anything past blowing bubbles in the water. I had another baby and I knew I'd be spending a lot of time near the pool this summer and I have two little ones to watch this time so my oldest (4 yrs) needed to be water safe! I signed her up and in just a few short weeks only attending twice a week she was swimming on her own! Gabriella is her teacher and she is amazing with my daughter! My daughter looks forward to her swim class so much I had to add extra days. I'm beyond happy that this location opened right by us and even more excited that my little girl is now water safe! Thank you Gabriella!!!!
We take our three year old boy here for lessons. Jamal works hard to find just the right tone and style that our son will respond to, which is important because he doesn't trust people easily. The managers care about the kids, the facility is new and has great amenities. It's indoor and the water is kept at a nice temperature. Really no reason to go anywhere else!
An incredible establishment. Indoors, heated, rain or shine, winter or summer, Waterworks awaits. Super clean facilities, super cool instructors and staff, very professional and fun. Thank you to all, especially Jamal and Chanel.
This place is the best swimming facility around. The instructors are patient and very dedicated to teaching at the students pace. We love this place. Plus the water is warm!
Andrew has started with Waterworks two years ago! He has improved by leap and bounds! Thanks to the patient instructors to help him overcome his fear of putting his fade under water.
I am so glad that I picked this swim school for my children! Ages 5 and 8 and both are doing great! Tywon has been a wonderful instructor. He's patient and friendly, but firm. Which is what I look for in people who work with my children. There are other instructors who work here as well and they all seem nice and friendly. I was having a hard time trying to find a swim school that fit my budget while at the same time offering the right amount of classes. Another swim school I was looking at offered 8 classes for 350$, and that was for a group class! I'm glad I gave Waterworks Swim School (Torrance Location) a try. I haven't been disappointed. My five year old went from being afraid of putting his whole body in the pool to now being able to jump in on his own and rolling over into a back float. And my eight year old went from knowing very little to now learning side breathing. I am very thankful for Tywon and all that he has taught my children. I get feedback at the end of each lesson on what I should help my kids work on and tips on how to do it. Thank you Tywon and Waterworks!
My son loves it here. The facility is very clean and the instructors are very patient. My son loves his instructor Darryl, he makes it really enjoyable for him. He feels very safe and comfortable with him. I recommend this place to all mommy friends.
This is the first and only swim school that we've tried for our daughter. She started with Ms Stefani last August, and she is still our teacher. I didn't try other teachers, but why mess up a good thing. She's really great and so patient. It's a perfect balance of being firm and also making it fun. We started as complete beginners to swimming, and since then, my daughter is completely water safe and enjoys being in the pool without any fear. It's really amazing the progress she's made. She was actually water safe after about a month into lessons, but we've kept the lessons going because we want our daughter to be better at swimming over all for her own safety. The scheduling is easy, and make up lessons are also flexible. The best part is the online tool that gives you the ability to do any changes you need. The online chat lady is also very helpful. We looked into the immersion 2 week swim options, but decided that a weekly consistent schedule would be better. I'm sure any of the teachers are great.
My twins were going to Southbay Aquatics and after the first class, we canceled and moved to Waterworks Torrance with Stefani. What a world of difference!!! Stefani is an ideal instructor with kindness and lots of patience. My twins enjoy their class and looks forward to their lessons with Stefani. You can see how much Stefani loves her job and how much she values her extensive knowledge in swimming! My twins are blessed to finally find the best swimming instructor we can ask for. I love to see them having loads of fun and their laughter is priceless! Thank you so much, Stefani. Aloha!
My son is 6 years old and has been taking swim lessons here and there since he was 2. Redondo union... Akai swim... some private ones...none of them was very successful, and at redondo union the instructor even put him in a time out because he was afraid to put his face in the water. He recently had a bad experience with a lesson that made him never want to go back. He has never swam and is still fearful of putting his face in the water. Mary Jane at Water works was soooooo patient, gentle and kind with him. He didn't want to even get in the water and was so scared at the beginning of our private lesson. Mary Jane was so sweet, positive, that by the end of the lesson he was floating on his back and so proud of himself. After the lesson he asked when he could go back and see Mary Jane again. LA fitness was super nice too. The lady at the front desk offered us to use the kids club bathroom to change in, and even said we could rinse off in the shower was long as we didn't go into the locker room. Changing in the pop up tent didn't bother us though, so we didn't take her up on it. Love that it's in doors too, no sunscreen needed! And the email customer service is amazing. They are so helpful and very prompt with responding.
I'm very satisfied with Waterworks Swim School. The facility in Sunnyvale (City Sports Club) is very clean. My daughter's instructor, Daisy, is very warm and a great instructor. I've seen my daughter make great progress in just a few lessons. Also, the pricing is competitive if not better than other swim schools in the area.
I have been taking my 3.5 year old daughter here for over 9 months now. All of my daughter's instructors have been absolutely amazing. She learns from Claudia right now and has been really enjoying it. I recommend working with Claudia and rest of the team at Waterworks.
My three year old has been coming here for about 4 months for private swim classes with Ellie and he loves it!! Ms. Ellie has the perfect temperament and patience for dealing with a toddler, and she still gets him motivated to learn to swim. It's taken my son a while to be comfortable floating on his back but Ellie is wonderful with him and is great with repetition and making it fun. I've found it super easy to schedule lessons as well. I bought a package of 20 lessons and they just keep our block of time every Friday open for me when I renew my package. Staff has been great at checking in with me also to see if everything is going well or to reschedule lessons if we or Ellie needs to. We couldn't be happier!
I am a member at City sports club, that's how i came to know about Water works swimming lessons. They use one lane from city sports club swimming pool. It is a well maintained, clean and heated pool. I've been looking for swimming lessons for my 5 year old daughter. She likes to play in water but was too scared to put her face in water. I enrolled her for 20 lessons. I don't know what magic they did, from 2nd day my daughter started following the instructions from her instructor Natalie. Each session is 20 min and its worth it. I am extremely happy with the instructors and happy to recommend to anyone.
My kids have taken swim lessons all around Sunnyvale and Waterworks is by far their favorite. Their instructor, Mikaela is AMAZING! She is patient with them when they are anxious, but firm enough so that they learn. She has a great sense of humor and gets them to laugh. She pays attention to small details in their stroke so they are learning great form. Yes, the pool site is not perfect (small changing tents, one deck shower) but Mikaela is so awesome it is worth it! I am amazed at how much she can fit into a 20min shared lesson!
We're very happy to have found this swim school for my five year old son. We've been going for almost two months and my son has progressed so much. While he was somewhat comfortable with water when we first started lessons, he has quickly progressed to floating independently and being able to swim/float quite a distance on the pool. Our instructor Charlie is great, he's very patient and gentle with my son and tries to make the class fun for him which I appreciate since my son is a bit more timid. I can tell my son likes him and has developed trust in him because he looks forward to his swim classes. Other perks: it's indoors (LA Fitness pool) although the fact that we're not supposed to use the changing rooms is a bit inconvenient; online system makes it easy to schedule classes; cancellation policy is quite generous. I know a few other families taking classes here and we're all very satisfied with this program. I've recommended to several parents already.
I have my boys (6 years old) at this swimming school for the past 3 months now. So happy to have found Waterworks Sorrento Valley (convenient to home, ease of online scheduling, friendly and helpful customer service) and qualified swim instructors. We chose Charlie as our swimming instructor and he is wonderful with the boys. I'm so amazed at the progress they have made just within the past 3 months. Originally, I only intended to enroll the boys just until they can be 'water safe' and know how to swim, but my boys enjoyed their swim lessons so much with Charlie and they are learning leaps and bounds that I kept on renewing. Both my boys learned how to swim in just 2 lessons and now they can do 3 out of the 4 swimming strokes (backstroke, freestyle, and breaststroke). I highly recommend Waterworks Sorrento Valley and Charlie if you are looking for a good swimming school and instructor.
I have taken a total of seven adult swimming lessons in my life and the last three have been with Charlie. In those three successful lessons, I gained the confidence and trust in myself that I can swim - all THANKS to Charlie. I was able to swim across the pool at my third lesson (very huge for me)!!! He makes learning to swim enjoyable. He has a ton of patience and believes in you. I have so much more to learn and I look forward to many more lessons with him. Not only does he teach adult swim lessons, I have seen him give lessons to young children before my lesson begins. He is great with them and the kids love him. I could see the parents very pleased with how much their kids learn from him. Charlie stands out because he not only loves what he does, but he is a great listener. If anyone is looking for an amazing swim instructor, I hands-down recommend him. You will not be disappointed.
My son would absolutely dread getting close to a swimming pool. I always wanted him to learn this life saving as well as best form of exercise. After reading thru a few reviews in my company's classifieds we took 10 class package 3 times a week over the phone. For the first 4 classes, my son would scream and wouldn't enjoy coming here but after the advice from the instructor we got him a swimsuit and within the next 6 classes my son was swimming on his back. He was not afraid of water anymore. His instructors Becca, Charlie, Nick are absolutely amazing, patient and very friendly teachers. My son is very confident with his back floating and rollovers as well as keeping his face under water. MANY THANKS WATERWORKS AQUATICS! Have referred it to several of my friends.
My kids have been having lessons there over 6 months and are very happy. I am happy too because it is indoor. It is 20 minutes lesson but with only two kids at a time (you can do private 1 on 1 too). So each kid has 10 minutes, which is not bad at all compared to other places. We had several instructors and now we are happy with Megan. She is awesome, super friendly, and very observant on what need to be improved! I already referred over 5 kids to her. Everyone loves her. Waterworks in this location doesn't have front desk to take questions or do registration. Just go online and do it over there and they have Live chat to help out, very convenient.
Worth every penny! Our 4 year old daughter was terrified of swimming without her floaty device prior to taking classes with Lori Beth. We enrolled her for twelve one on one classes which were a duration of 20 minutes. We chose to do classes 3x a week to maintain consistency. I was skeptical that my daughter would even pass the 1st level but by just the third class, she was swimming with no fear and quickly learned how to backstroke thereafter. Lori Beth is so great with our daughter - we even signed up for an additional eight classes after the first session was done with Lori Beth again, to help enforce continuous confidence in our daughter's swimming abilities. We feel relieved to know our daughter is safe in the pool and she has the fundamentals to 'survive' in the water. Highly recommend Waterworks and Lori Beth as your child's instructor.
My 2 girls have been coming here since 2015. The front desk staff (Jessica, Greg and Marcia) are amazing. They know every child and write sweet, personalized congratulatory notes to the students when they hit various personal and swimming milestones which endears them even more to our hearts. There is a variety of swim instructors to choose from and the front desk is more than happy to help you find the best fit. We have found so many favorite instructor over the years (Ricardo M, Meagan H, Reagan, Kelsey and Cody V) who totally understood my girls' personalities and knew just how hard or soft to push them. My oldest also enjoys swimming in their summer swim meets; it has a great community vibe where everyone cheers for each other's children and students
Our experience with Waterworks Aquatics in Sierra Madre has be awesome! Both our kids have been swimming here since 2014. They have great instructors, who works great with kids. Our kids have been trained by Ricardo and Megan. Ricardo now has moved on up as manager, but he helped our kids with all styles of swimming and has lots of patience and passion in his work. Megan has taken over training and it has been an seamless transition. She is doing an amazing job, by keeping the kids motivated to work hard and still enjoy swimming! It's refreshing to see people taking pride and are passionate at what they do. Thank you both and Waterworks for this awesome school, swimming program and providing with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also, the front desk staff Marsha and Jessica are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating.
We love Waterworks aquatics! My daughter has been enrolled in swim lessons for the past 2 months, and she has learned so much just in a short time. The hours are flexible so whatever your schedule you should find a time for lessons that works for you and your children. Their instructions are passionate and very knowledgeable (we absolutely ADORE Ms. Annabelle). I couldn't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.
This is the place you want to bring your kids for lessons, hands down. From the incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, caring and patient instructors (shout-out to Miss Katie!!), to the lifeguards (hey Jussin) ... we have had a terrific experience with this company and this facility in particular.
I don't usually write Yelp reviews but after our experience this summer I felt the need to post a review in hopes that more parents will take advantage of the swim program here. We enrolled in the semi-private lessons program here at the beginning of summer and if it was possible I would shout from the rooftops how pleased we have been with both the program and especially our children's instructor Wyatt. He is absolutely amazing and in my opinion a miracle worker. He is incredibly patient positive and encouraging with my boys. At the beginning of summer my 6 year old was barely swimming and wouldn't get in the water without a life vest and my 3 year old didn't even want to get in the water. It's been roughly 6 weeks of working with Wyatt twice a week now. My 6 year old can not only swim the entire length of the lap pool but is doing cannonballs into the deep end and hasn't worn his life vest except for when on our boat since his first lesson. My 3 year old will jump into the pool, push off the side and even swim a couple of feet underwater to me. My husband and I are both astonished and thrilled with Wyatt and how quickly he has turned our two boys into water loving swimmers. We still have 4 weeks of summer left and can't wait to see how much farther they progress before the summer is over. Thank you Waterworks for the amazing program you have developed and most importantly thank you to Wyatt for your commitment and dedication to our boys.
My daughter has been taking swimming classes since she was 8 months, and my husband and I notice how well her swimming skills have developed thanks to her fun, caring, and professional instructors such as Anabel and Regan, among others. And it's not just the instructors, but the staff. Marcia, Jessica, Bobby, Megan, and Ricardo, to name a few, had been team players and a great help in making sure my daughter stays on task and feels welcome. My husband and I really appreciate the support. The outdoor heated pool is a plus as well. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing !
Started out our lil' one with a group session then moved him up to semi-private session. He loves it here and he loves his instructor, Hector. A few days before the weekly lesson he's asking, 'Go see Hector? Kick, kick, kick?' Hector is incredibly personable, GREAT with kids and takes his time with the lil dude - it really makes a difference to have an instructor who cares and is patient, and as parents, we really appreciate it. Kudos to Waterworks management, great hire with Hector. Front desk staff is also very helpful and friendly, they've been very accommodating for make-ups when the lil guy was sick and help in other schedule changes. Ample parking, facilities are clean and well maintained, multiple shower and changing rooms. What's not to love? Also love the events (like Valentine's Day Family Swim Night) - great facility.
We love Waterworks! I cannot say enough good things. My two children (ages 3 and 6) have been taking weekly lessons here for almost a year. We absolutely love their teachers- my kids have Gaby and Marco and they are beyond fabulous! They are patient and fun and the kids love their lessons. Gaby and Marco are outstanding teachers and I am amazed by how much my kids have learned- they are now swimming independently and learning strokes, diving, etc. When we started they were not swimming at all and their progress has been remarkable. I give their teachers the credit as they've skillfully guided them and taught them so much while also making it fun. The facilities are excellent (my kids needed a warm indoor place) and there is a play pool with a lifeguard where kids can play before or after their lessons with other kids- we love that! (The lifeguards are so nice also- very attentive and engaged with the kids, especially Ricardo) The showers are always clean and several of them have attached dressing rooms which are great for managing multiple little ones. The staff are helpful, friendly, and good with kids (and while we are devoted to Gaby and Marco the other teachers seem great too). I also appreciate the flexibility of lessons- if we have to miss a lesson we can do makeup lessons (so long as we give at least two hours notice), which can be scheduled online at our convenience. I also appreciate that after each lesson, instructors provide a brief summary of how the child is doing, what skills they are working on, etc. We are so thankful for Waterworks!
We love Waterworks. We started to send my daughter to swimming lessons at a different pool when she was 3 but didn't get any result (too many other kids in the lesson), so I decided to teach her myself for a year, but still got no progress at all. She didn't even feel comfortable to put her head into the water. Then it was amazing when my daughter fell in love with water at the first class with Toni, and she has been with her for a year now, making incredible progress. She is like a fish in the water. I love the front desk members too. They are all very nice and easy to approach, and we always get answers to our questions either in person or by phone all the time. I would especially like to thank Jesse and Jessica, who are so dedicated to helping out with scheduling lessons. Love you guys. Also, the facility is amazingly clean and the temperature is always so comfortable especially in winter time. You don't even need to bring your own hair dryer, everything is neat and well set. I have been referring so many of my friends, and they all feel the same way. Hope this works for you too.
My son has been going to Waterworks for a year now. I've always liked our experience there. The front desk staff is excellent and friendly when you walk in. The teachers that we've had have been excellent and very knowledgeable, as well as understanding when the one year old cries! Scheduling and make-ups are super easy and they call when there are any changes to the teacher or schedule. But yesterday when we walked in, I had a wonderful feeling. As my son and I were walking to get changed his regular teacher (Caitlyn! Amazing, by the way!!) saw us come in and greeted my son by name. He got a huge smile and waved back at her. I have always felt comfortable at Waterworks, but this simple act and greeting my son made his day and mine! I should also add that it is worth the drive from wherever you are coming from. We drive 25-30 with rush hour traffic, and I wouldn't change that. The experience is worth it!
I've been taking my 3 year old here for 2.5 years now and we love it! Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but the facility is clean as well. My son takes lessons with Miss Toni and she is wonderful! She is always engaging and modifies her lesson on each child and skill. Week after week I see progression in my son's ability to swim on his own. Miss Toni takes the time with patience to focus in on the skill that needs work to be promoted to the next level. I also love that Waterworks Aquatics has a make up lesson policy. Things happen and come up, but I am always reassured I can reschedule if need be.
We are so profoundly pleased with the staff and location at the San Jose site. We have been there for 2 yrs off/on with lessons and I come for lap swim regularly during the week. I have ALWAYS had a cheerful voice and warm smile greet me and my family. Every instructor always has the best interest in mind (and it shows!) for the kids, and all areas are squeaky clean every time. Anytime changes have been made their communication is quick, clear and smooth. This is certainly another of your very STRONG points. Thank you to all of you for working so hard so that our girls are ecstatic about water! I recommend your facility often to families I meet...you earn Top Swim facility in Silicon Valley, and probably the Bay Area in my book. Knowing how to swim and survive in the water is such a crucial life skill and we have never regretted the cost invested in your facility, especially when we see how much fun the kids have now :) BIG high fives to the instructors we have had: Francisco (you had them from crying to laughter in under 20 min the 1st lesson!), Hector, Samantha, Mario...and our subs have always kept things going without a hiccup!
My daughter is now 4 years old and we are still attending swim classes here each week. My daughter can now swim freestyle, backstroke and is learning breaststroke. She competed in her first swim competition at waterworks this summer and had an amazing experience. Current and former swim teachers came over to cheer her on. She had so much fun! I can't believe my 4 year old swims well enough to race across the whole pool on her own and even more importantly, she loves swimming. The teachers continue to be fun and age appropriate for each phase my daughter goes through. In a few days my son will start classes at waterworks. The desk staff was so helpful as I tried to decide what would work best for our family. How do we make this work for two kids and now school and my work schedule too? They helped me weigh options, costs and look at schedules. They were even willing to be a little creative with me and try an unconventional schedule to meet my needs. In the end they were able to provide an optimal solution that works for our family and our schedule. I highly recommend this place for your swim lessons.
My family has been coming to Waterworks for about 5 years. I had very high expectations having been a lifeguard and swim instructor for ten years. I have been thoroughly happy with our entire experience at Waterworks. Every issue or problem I have had with scheduling or make ups, the office staff has always been helpful and understanding. Our instructors are PHENOMENAL!! My kids have really enjoyed their lessons with Daizsa and Tevin. Daizsa is amazing. She has gracefully and with ungodly amounts of patience has been able to take my squirrely 3 year old twins and make them water safe. She stays positive and encouraging. Tevin has also done an incredible job with my oldest. He has made so much progress with his strokes. He is very motivating and encouraging. We also had great instruction with Anthony and Bianca.
I feel comfortable after just 2 lessons to HIGHLY recommend this swim school. Arlene has been so amazing and Vannie, my daughter's instructor, is patient, experienced and upbeat. The facilities are impeccably clean, the ambiance friendly and inviting. This school's staff really care that you're happy and seem to be willing to do anything to improve on what's already working great! We had a less-than-stellar swim lesson experience elsewhere with a traumatic experience, so I was very anxious getting my daughter back in the water. She loves it at Waterworks as much as I do! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics. There staff is amazing from the front desk to the staff at the pool. You get to choose which type of instructor you want for your child. And even in my sons first time, the instructor asked another instructor to help him to assist my son on a stroke. This type of unity and above and beyond mission to give the best to my son gives this more than 5 stars if I could. I also love how the staff calls you to make sure you are getting what you want and that you are happy with service. My sons daily questions of 'is today swimming' also gives it 5 stars from the child's point of view. Thank you so much Arlene, Danielle, Alli and Nate for making this such a wonderful experience.
We love Waterworks! We started our son out with swimming lessons at the Rose Bowl when he was 6 months old. He's now a year and a half and hadn't learned a thing there, they only teach water comfort...here at Waterworks we've only been going for 3 weeks twice a week and he has already learned how to hold his breath, put his head under water on his own, kick, doggy paddle, back float and how to jump in the water. Wish we would've started him here originally. We take classes from both Jussin and Julia and they're both fantastic! Swimming lessons are only 20 mins but for beginners this is perfect, once we reach that 20 min mark my sons done and ready to go. You can also come and swim before and after class in a separate pool.
As a former competitive swimmer, I have seen a few pools in my day. This one is clean. Super clean. Cleanliness and Instructor competence should be two of a parents main concerns when selecting a location. Pasadena Waterworks gets 5 stars for both. We have a glorious instructor who is taking time to rework the basics and address form with our learning 7 year old swimmer. It is a true art form to teach a kid who could become uncooperative or frightened at any moment. 20 Minutes may seem like a small amount of time-but it is a chosen time because to truly sink an idea in-small repetitive bits work best when it comes to learning to swim. We do back to back lessons in order to keep the repetition. Nadine at the front desk is a glorious breath of fresh air. She is a caring and organized presence who will address concerns immediately. I have eavesdropped on a few kiddos getting lessons and the vibe is the same all over the pool area-gentle, firm and caring. Learning to be pool safe is no joke-and the whole operation takes this idea seriously. If you have had a bad experience I recommend either trying a new instructor or knowing that pool safety sometimes is not all warm and fuzzy, but a serious and real skill all humans should learn-especially the younger variety.
Instructor Melanie and Omar are so nice!!Melanie is so kind and a great teacher for girls and little kids. My daughter has never said 'I don't want go swimming. 'She can't wait her turn every time. She loves swimming!! My son is learning swimming for 3 years. Last year, my son changed from another place to here. He was not interested in swimming before. However, Omar always teaches my son with talking his favorite subject during the lesson and my son likes talking with Omar and he loves swimming now. He can now swim in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and he is learning butterfly now. My kids are so happy every time! I am always thankful to the instructors!!
My daughter took private lessons with Melanie. At 6 prior to this she has little exposure to swimming. Melanie was amazing and took her time with my super energized little one. My daughter could not wait to see her each week, she was not only kind but professional! I would recommend asking for her for any age child wanting or beginning to swim. She loves to see them succeed as much as you do. We will definitely be taking more lessons with Melanie, my daughter would not have it any other way! Thanks Waterworks for having such caring staff!
This is my favorite place to bring our kids for swimming lessons. Our instructor is Melanie. She is great with our kids. When we first started my son didn't even want to get in to the pool. Melanie was very patient with him and worked with him till he was comfortable in the water. After couple of months he loves to be in the water and really enjoys swimming lessons. Melanie is AMAZING!!!Two thumbs up for Melanie.
My kids loved their teachers and the pool. Both are now completely water safe and one is trying out for swim team. This is an excellent school!
We are so glad we found Waterworks Swim School. Prior to Waterworks, we would do those summer boot camps that would yield a small amount of progress and then be back at step one the following summer. Year round swim had seemed so expensive but then Waterworks opened up in or local LA Fitness and we found the pricing to be more than reasonable so we gave it a try and never looked back! One of the biggest pros compared to other swim programs we tried is the ease and flexibility of scheduling. You don't have to commit to the same time slot forever and if you need to reschedule you can do it all online without losing any classes. But even with all the above taken into account, the program wouldn't be worth it without amazing instructors. My experience with all the instructors has been great, but we have to give a major shout out to our favorite: Melanie. I have two very different children: one who loves the water, tries anything, and is progressing at an incredible rate, and the other who is shy, stubborn, and fearful. Melanie is able to change her approach for each of them and has gained the complete trust of both my girls and myself.
Ariana was an excellent instructor. She made my 2 kids comfortable immediately. She was gentle and calm but also handled my strong willed son very well. The lesson was fun and productive and I saw progression in both of my kids. Very excited to go back. They also have the best customer service. Alicia was kind and efficient and I enjoyed speaking to her.
We have been taking swimming lessons in this location for ~3 months and we could not be happier with the progress my child is making. We were taking classes at a different school before and the progress was really slow. Once we started the semi-private at Waterworks (similar price as the group lesson at our previous school but much smaller child teacher ratio!), my child is progressing very nicely and can swim semi-independently now. I definitively recommend Gabriela, she is very passionate and caring for her students.
This review is for Irma as my 4 yo son's instructor! She has been absolutely amazing! He started with her in March of last year and he has progressed a lot, from being comfortable in the water to learning how to swim confidently. She recognized his potential from the very start and worked with him to push his limits, and with her help, he has learned 4 different style strokes (freestyle, back strokes, side kicks, and now learning breast strokes) at barely four and a half years old. I love her balance of playfulness and professionalism. She puts him in his place when he doesn't listen, but is also very affectionate and rewards him when he does well. Thank you so much Ms. Irma for everything that you do. You're awesome! We'll miss you dearly!!! E.L. and mom. =)
I am so glad that there is a waterworks swim school near by. First, the online website is very easy to use especially to schedule, reschedule makeup class. All representatives are very nice and friendly. In addition, Ms Irma who is teacher of both my kids is very caring and detailed. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I have been taking my 3 and half years old daughter to Waterworks for past 8 months. My experience with the instructor is absolutely awesome!! My daughter really enjoys her class and is already swimming on her own. Techniques used by instructor is so kid friendly that kids just love it! And they take care of child safety as well. As a parent i don't have to worry at all about my kid while lesson is going on! Also waterworks is extremely proficient with communication with regards to class cancellation or holiday schedule etc. You don't have to worry about that at all. They always inform you well in advance so that you can make necessary arrangements! I would definitely recommend Waterworks swim school!
My son has been taking lessons at Waterworks for a year and a half. I'm so appreciative of the staff at Waterworks for their support and friendliness. My son has a few medical issues that make sports challenging, but the teachers have been so kind and encouraging. He's made great progress and is so proud. I also really appreciate the kindness of the staff when my son was having some health issues and in and out of doctors' offices and sick almost daily. We missed almost a month of lessons but they worked with me to make up the lessons and not lose money. Now he's back in the water, getting stronger, and we're so happy.
I have been taking my two girls to Waterworks since August. I cannot even express how happy I am with this swim school. Before Waterworks we were attending Australian Swim School for over a year and before that we went to Water Safe. I feel that my girls have progressed so much more in the last 3 months then they did in the past year and a half. The instructors are very professional and are determined to have the students achieve their best and still have fun. It has seemed to me in other swim schools they keep students in the same level for a very long time so they can make more money. At that point, the kids start getting bored and lose their confidence since they are still not able to swim at all but have been doing the same thing over and over in the past year. Therefore it becomes more of a business and less about the kids. Also, I love that the facilities have (showers, hair dryers etc) and my girls love the free play time that they have in the pool either before or after the lesson. The bonus licorice at the end of class for the kids is yummy! Overall, I feel that my kids have made a great progress and I am really happy with this swim school:)
Our family has been using Waterworks for almost a year, and we are extremely happy with the results! My 4 year old son has gone from not knowing how to swim to swimming all 4 strokes and joining Nova swim team. My daughter who is 7 has overcome an intense fear of the deep end to a love for the pool and has also learned all of the strokes and joined Nova. Christine is a superb instructor; no nonsense but kind, strict but sweet. She gets the kids to focus and squeezes every last second out of that 20 minutes! The kids love swimming in the play pool after and splashing around. The meets are very well-run and award every participant a ribbon which is a great motivator for new and newly competitive swimmers. Your swimmer gets a trophy when she/he has received a certain # of ribbons- my son got his first one today and was so proud he said, 'Mommy, this feels like a dream!'. I don't believe there is a better place to learn to swim.
My son started lessons again this year when he was almost 8. He had a bad experience at a different school a couple of years ago and has been terrified (literally) of putting his head in the water. We started with Tina who had a gentle nature and got him comfortable and then moved to Greg who was more firm but still very supportive. In no time, Chris was swimming the length of the pool, diving off the side, swimming to the bottom to pick up rings and asking if he can keep going even after summer is over. At the beginning of the summer, I wasn't sure if that was possible. My 4 year old daughter, my stubborn one and master negotiator, also began with Tina and moved onto Megan who is also firmer. She too is now going the lengths and loves the water and is even getting WOW awards. I would also like to commend Vanessa and the rest of the staff. She was there to help support the teachers, give a little extra one on one time with Chris and Jamie, and find us the right people. Essentially, she was determined we would have a good experience and my kids would learn to swim. Waterworks has achieved that and more. My experience is that while this is a business, their primary goal is to get kids to swim, enjoy swim and make sure everyone (including parents) have a positive experience! Finally I will say the facility is clean, the staff is very friendly, the computer system is great for managing classes and the quality of instruction is superior.
Waterworks is awesome! We started taking our son to the parent and me classes a couple months ago and it has been fantastic. We have had a few instructors and they are all excellent. They are patient, enthusiastic and spend one on one time with each parent/child to make sure they are understanding each exercise. I also find it very easy to schedule lessons online- there are lots of options for dates and times. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a swim school.
We love Waterworks Aquatics! Our 22 month old has been going for about a year and he LOVES swimming! We're so glad we started him young. We've taken lessons with many of the instructors and they've all been great! We're currently taking lessons with Ashley and she has been great with our son, who has an unusual amount of energy (even for a toddler boy). She is patient with him and adjusts her approach as needed to ensure he continues to have fun and progress even while we are trying to harness his crazy energy level.
Both of my kids (5 and 7 years old) have been with Waterworks Huntington beach for almost 2 years. I am very happy with their progress. My son and daughter came into the program at level 1 and within 1 year (for my daughter) and a little more than a year (for my son), they both have advanced to level 11 and 10 respectively. Now they are in the stroke clinic and they love these sessions. A special thanks to instructor David who has been an outstanding instructor for my kids, especially for my son. He is very caring and very patient with them. He knows when to push them and when not to. He knows that kids do have bad days too and goes easy on them. I also want to send my appreciation to instructor Diane for making my daughter a great swimmer like she is today.
My son and I love coming to swim here. He is enrolled in semi-private lessons and I pay the monthly lap swim fee. My son's instructors are great with him. They are very patient and encouraging. All staff members are friendly, nice and willing to help with anything you need. I like how the pool is covered and heated year round. Now I can enroll my son in lessons all year long. Prior to coming to Waterworks Aquatics, I would enroll him in summer lessons through the city. As a result, my son would regress in his swimming skills. I really appreciate how there are designated lap swim times. There is almost always an open lane to swim laps. I used to go to my gym's pool to swim and sometimes I'd have to wait up to 45 minutes for a lane to open up.
We were referred by our neighbor and couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll my grandson in private swimming lessons. The entire staff was I welcoming and provided us with a tour of the facilities and gave us all the information we needed before signing up. The Director David, personally welcomed us and told us what we could expect and totally explained what they anticipated our child's progress to be. They also talked to my grandson so they could determine his personality and maturity and then recommended the instructor they felt would be a good match for him. It couldn't have been a more perfect choice! Within a short time my grandson was swimming and the best thing was that he was excited about learning and getting better. His instructor is Michael and is absolutely great with children. I have already recommended several friends to Waterworks. Great place to learn to swim!
After years of lessons at the competition this by far the most technically advanced swim lessons around I am blown away at the progress she has made in just a few sessions! We are doing the competition they offer as well its open to all in swimming class and its warm so tropical she loves the little swimming pool which is safe and has a lifeguard. If you want your child to actually love swimming don't go anywhere else.
This place is amazing ! Today was our first day and my kids were all smiles! They have excellent customer service and made my kids feel super comfortable. I totally messed up my scheduling online and they even squeezed two of my kids in last min for a lesson, even though it was my fault ! Also, their cancellation policy is way more flexible than their competitors. Can't wait to come back!
We have been coming here after leaving Safe Splash. Water works is a much better facility. Our girls instructor Emma has been fantastic. She has been very positive with our girls. She is thorough yet makes it fun for them. Our youngest can be a bit picky when it comes to instructors. She always has a smile with Emma. The pool is set up to teach competitive swimming. Unlike the previous facility. It's clean and very well run. Showers and bathrooms are clean and private.
Waterworks Aquatics in Highlands Ranch is the third facility in which we have enrolled our son for swim lessons and, hands down, is the best in the area! My son has learned more in the past few months than he ever learned at any of the other facilities we tried! The pool areas (as well as the locker rooms) are extremely clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parent viewing area and numerous private changing rooms. My son's instructor, Madison, impressed us from day one. She is very patient with our son but is constantly encouraging and challenging him to try new things. She does a wonderful job communicating with us, as parents, after each lesson and gives us tips on what he needs to be working on. Even though we pay for group lessons, oftentimes, he is one-on-one with the instructor. Worse case, there is only one other child with him during his lesson and Madison does a wonderful job of working with both of them at the same time, so my son is never idly just sitting around. I would highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics! They have clean facilities, wonderful instructors and I can't believe how quickly my son has progressed!
I have nothing negative to say about Waterworks! I subscribe to their philosophy of teaching kids to swim...I love that the classes are no more than 2 kids, I love the play pool that my girls can play in before or after their lessons, I love the family changing rooms available if my husband takes my girls to swim and they need to shower off with his help. I recommend reading the bios of the instructors and choosing based on what instructor will be a good fit for your child. Some instructors have a sweet kindergarten teacher approach and others have a little more drill sergeant in them. My 5 year old is advancing extremely quickly and my 9 year old is currently on the swim team until summer competitive season starts. We are thrilled that a quality swim school has opened in our area and have referred at least 6 other families to Waterworks {wish they had the referral program our old school in CA had...refer a friend, get one month free!} :)
The instructors here really take the time and have the patience to teach your child how to swim! We have Zach as our instructor for my 10 year old son. We started 8 months ago with his scared of the water and could not trust himself enough to jump in the pool. Within two months he was in the ocean in Hawaii with the most confidence!! He is up to level 8 and is still excelling. Thank you Zach!
I cannot rave enough about my daughter's instructor. Anthony gets a million stars. He knows how to talk to kids. He lets them have fun but never loses track of the purpose. My daughter is 5 years old. She started her lessons with a different instructor who is no longer working at this facility a year ago. She was in tears and wanted to quit. We got Anthony by pure luck and it was a match. She swims freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke beautifully and with such a great style. She is working on butterfly and just reached level 10 and I owe it all to Anthony. the facility is clean for the most part and the staff are always courteous and polite. Their customer relation department is impeccable! They send surveys immediately after any change to the schedule. You can use the survey to convey your concern or issue.
I found out about Waterworks because I am a member at the City Sports. I enrolled my daughter into the private swim lessons, and she loved it! Her instructor, Kezia, is awesome and attentive. She is willing to take the time to refine my daughter's swim strokes. Since the private lesson is only 20 minutes long, there is no room for playing around. I am happy with that because my daughter is actually learning to swim. Also, Michelle, the supervisor is great and caring. She takes time to ask how things are going and if anything is needed. Overall, we are happy with the lessons and will continue with Waterworks until my daughter learn all the swim strokes.
Signed my 10 yr old boy up for 8 sessions here not knowing what to expect, especially since he can't swim and has never taken any swimming lessons before. After just 4 days w/his teacher Kevin, my boy is swimming and I don't know who is more pleased - him or me :)Couldn't ask for a better instructor! Kevin was engaging, professional, thorough and thoughtful. He taught my son the fundamentals and Safety first and foremost. My son wants to take more classes of course and we will definitely sign up for more soon!
My daughter has been in lessons 2 times a week for 10 months and at only 1 1/2 years old has already become a swimmer. It's pretty amazing. And I credit these swim lessons. Her instructor Brittnei is lovely and really has that magic that connects with babies and children. She knows what she is doing. She is a true teacher. But she does not just teach my daughter.... it is me who needs to learn how to best support her natural ability to swim, even on the cranky days when it doesn't seem quite so. She is patient as well as punctual. The lesson is only 20 minutes and she wastes no time. The method is very simple and consistent. This school teaches them to get down in the water right away and the younger they are to practice that, the easier it is for them to re-master being underwater. My son, who is now 5 learned to swim at another school using floaties and flippers and it took him many years to get it, I thought it was just him but after switching schools, I'm not so sure.. He has also taken a lesson with Brittnei , which impressed me. She got him to listen, relax and swim more confidently than I ever had seen. The staff and other instructors are all very nice and polite. Sometimes a cry echoes through the pool but everybody remains calm, understanding and the energy stays positive. The pool is super warm and clean.
Waterworks has been such a delightful experience for me and my family. We have enjoyed getting together with friends for weekly sessions where our babies are clearly getting more and more comfortable with the water. Our instructor has given us helpful, individual feedback on how the babies are progressing. We look forward to continuing with the classes so that our babies can remain safe and feel competent in the water!
This is a great little school for swim lessons. The benefits far outweigh the negatives. The teachers we currently use are fabulous (Jonathan and Sheila) and I highly recommend both. They are really positive and keep it fun while really progressing the swimming skills. They end each lesson with direct feedback to the parents on what the kids are doing well and areas of improvement. I also really appreciate the flexibility of the program because I can sign up for a recurring lesson or just book one when we have free time. The cancellation policy is also great for busy families - they give make ups if you cancel more than 2 hours in advance.
Excellent, dedicated, and focused approach to teaching. Great friendly service from all the staff. My son has been taking classes here for a year and he loves it. Ms. Estefany is awesome! She tailors her teaching techniques to the child's personality and it works wonderfully! Thank you Estefany and Waterworks!!
Signed our 2.5 year old daughter up for semi-private class based on over-the-phone assessment from Waterworks advisor. She immediately swam off with her instructor and has been making incredible progress every week. Once a kid who was afraid of the water, she now ducks under for over five seconds and seems to be a total fish as a result of these few lessons. We have high hopes for continuing improvement!
My 4 year old son loves taking swimming lessons at the Carlsbad location. We have been taking him for semi-private lessons for about a month, 3 times a week and he has learned so much. When he started, he was scared of learning to swim. The progress we have seen since then is just great. He has so much fun with his coach, Mike G., that now he talks about swimming all the time. Mike makes the lessons so fun. The whole facility is beautiful and the online scheduling is very convenient. I can't say enough good things about Waterworks Aquatics.
I am an adult beginner and I cannot say enough nice things about Waterworks. I was petrified about being in the water because of a scary incident when I was a kid. I admit I am still nervous about being in the water at the deep end after 8 classes but I am quite confident that I can handle myself in an emergency if needed. I was absolutely sure I could not float on my back before I started lessons, but at the end of the first lesson with Caz, I was actually doing back floats! I cannot describe the elation! I have also had lessons from Ryan and Tim and they are great! Tim coaxed me into the deep end yesterday and even held my hand as convinced me to get under water at the deep end. The entire time, he was incredibly encouraging. Rightly so, he explained the importance of psychology and the power of the mind during swimming. My daughters take lessons with Elva and she's excellent as well. Elva has again helped my 6 year old with her confidence level in just a few classes - my daughter now has advanced a couple of levels very quickly. She used to not to be able to be in the water without an instructor by her side at the 'other' swim place. At Waterworks, in just a couple of classes, she learned to do back floats which has helped her confidence a lot. The pace at which she is learning has been quite surprising. About the facility, the staff is very polite and accommodating. They do a great job with re-scheduling classes if needed. The facility itself is at a perfect location for me. The showers/bathrooms are clean and private. I plan to keep up with my swimming with a lap swim pass when I am confident enough to not need lessons any more. I absolutely plan to have my girls in swim meets and swim competitions when they are ready as well. I would highly recommend Waterworks to my friends!
Our daughters (7 and 5 yrs old) have been attending swimming lessons at Waterworks Aquatics in Carlsbad twice a week. In less than a month, we have noticed great progress. They are always excited to do their swimming lessons. Their instructor, Tyler P is awesome and highly recommended. He teaches very well. He makes every lesson simple and fun. Our girls learn fast and they like him very much. The facility is great and the personnel/staff are wonderful. So far it has been a great experience and we are thankful to our friends who recommended Waterworks Aquatics to us.
My favorite swim school!! I LOVE Waterworks! I have tried 3 swim schools in the past 2 1/2 years (since my son was 4 months old) and Waterworks is the place we are going to stay. Thanks to Waterworks, my son is almost 3 and can swim without any help at all from one end of the pool to the other. Waterworks offers everything you would want.....Indoor heated pool, private showers, helpful and friendly employees, and great instructors.
My 2 year old (almost 3) daughter Sydney has been taking swimming lessons for 10 weeks now, twice a week. We are amazed at her progress. We put her in swimming lessons because she has two older brothers and wants to keep up with them. I honestly thought it was a little early but to our surprise she is actually swimming. Her teacher Jack (who Sydney calls 'Mr. Jack')is great with her. Her first few lessons he took the time to build a rapport with her so she could trust him in the water. He is so sweet with her but yet pushes her to do her best. We cannot thank Jack enough. The facility is very clean and the rest of the staff is wonderful. Kelsey at the front desk is wonderful and greets us with a smile every time we walk through the door. She is also helpful setting up lesson dates/times. We highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics in Carlsbad!
I am so very happy with Waterworks ! My 6 year old daughter has been very hard to teach to swim due to a very large fear of water on her face. We thought we had tried everything to get her past this but her fears had got so bad she would freak out even in the bathtub getting her hair washed making such an everyday task a real problem. By the end of the very 1st lesson she was voluntarily putting her face in the water and pushing off the wall to go to her instructor! By the 3rd lesson she was confidently floating on her back all by herself! Her attitude now about the water is totally changed and though she does still have to have encouragement to work through her fear she is able to swim several strokes and then float on her back when tired. We just bought a second package and have our 8th lesson this week. I can't believe the difference, thank you instructor Tracy !! Also, the little swim/play area for the kids before and after the lesson makes such a big difference and the other big swim center in the area does not have this. And the place is always very clean including the bathroom and showers and this is a big deal to me. They even have little wall seats for babies so I can put my 9 month in that while I assist my older daughter. I can't wait to do mommy and me classes there with my little one later this year!
From the first phone call to the last lesson, we had a delightfully jaw dropping experience. You don't see businesses ran so seamlessly and in favor of the customer to this degree. I was given ALL the info needed upon my first call, which to my surprise, included that I could cancel my lesson up until 2 hours before with no penalties (jaw drop!) This was a busy mother of multiple children's shock, awe, and dream come true to hear! Not only that, they accommodated the instructor's personality to the needs of my child. The office staff was thorough and delightful, our instructor, Jesse, was encouraging and experienced and got our son floating on his back by lesson #2 (a task we'd been trying for a year!) My son asked every day if he could go to swim class that day! Jesse gave us feedback on what to work on with our son at home as well, which was appreciated. Phenomenally ran business, incredible staff, and clean facilities. WELL DONE WATERWORKS AQUATICS!!!
