Swim Parties At Waterworks!

From birthday parties and graduations to other special milestones, Waterworks Aquatics strives to create lifelong memories with our families. Our experienced team will take care of all of the details, setup and cleanup. Sit back, relax and enjoy your child’s special day with your family and friends.

Our deck guards will facilitate fun and exciting pool games that are tailored to the birthday child’s age and preference. We also provide a party host who will check in with you throughout the party to ensure all of your needs are met. Music will be playing on our speakers to enhance your party experience.

Parties are held year-round in our indoor and enclosed pools heated up to 92 degrees. Birthday parties can be booked for children ages one and older on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

At Waterworks Aquatics, we understand that you may have a lot of questions and we’re here to answer all of them. We hope that the answers we provide below offer all of the information you need.

How much do parties cost?

The cost of your party will depend on several factors: the length of your party, the number of guests attending, or any special add-ons. Pricing varies by location.

What is provided in a Waterworks party package?

Waterworks provides Deck Guards to ensure safety and to run games in the pool, as well as to help set up and clean up. Plenty of pool toys and rafts are provided to keep your guests entertained. Tables and benches are provided for the out-of-water portion of your party. Lifejackets are available for any children who are not water-safe. Invitations are available upon request. Some locations have a refrigerator available for storing food.

Do you provide invitations for birthday parties?

Yes! Invitations are available upon request.

What party package is most common?

It depends on the age of the children. For children who are 6 years old or older, we recommend a 2.5 or 3 hour party.

What times are parties held?

Parties are primarily held in the evenings on Saturdays and Sundays. Times and specific availability varies by location. The availability for parties at all locations depends on the programming for the weekend.

How much time do the children get in the water? What toys do you provide?

The children typically spend most of the party time in the water. We will reserve 45 minutes at the end of your party for cake, food, and/or presents. Our deck guards will organize and run the pool games. We will provide inflatable toys, rafts and pool noodles for the play time in the pool.

Can I come in early to decorate? Does Waterworks provide decor?

You are welcome to bring in your own decorations for your party. Our team will be happy to help you set up your decor. Depending on the location of your party, you may arrive between 15-30 minutes prior to your party start time. Our Party Coordinator will discuss this with you when they review the timeline for your event. Waterworks does not provide any party decorations.

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes! You can bring in outside food and drinks as long as they are not in glass containers. Please speak to our party coordinator if you would like to bring alcohol.

Is there anything I CANNOT bring for my party?

Glass, confetti, chewing gum
