Swim Camp
Are you a Denver resident looking for ways to keep your child busy this summer? Consider checking out our Summer Swim Camps in Highlands Ranch. Students enrolled in this course will improve their swimming techniques with the four competitive strokes.
Our qualified instructors will focus on all four competitive strokes, dives, turns, and drills to improve each swimmer's technique and endurance. Children will also have the opportunity to play games with our pool toys for the last 30-45 minutes of each camp day. We also provide participants with a daily snack and juice.
Camp sessions are held in our heated, indoor pool.

Requirements
- Children ages 5-14 years old
- Must be able to swim 2 lengths across a 25-yard pool unassisted and without stopping
- A swim test is strongly recommended for swimmers who are new to Waterworks Aquatics. Swim tests can be conducted at any time during our operating hours.
Important Note: If you are unsure of child's ability and/or do not think they can swim two 25-yard lengths of the pool without assistance and without stopping, please visit our location to conduct a swim test. You can check in at our front office to receive a swim test.

Additional Details:
No refunds will be given for purchased swim camp session(s). If you need to cancel your swim camp sesssion for any reason, you must let Waterworks Aquatics know 30 days prior to the start of the session in order to receive a monetary credit on your Waterworks Aquatics account in the amount paid for the session. If your enrollment included a discount, the credit on your account will reflect the discounted cost of the session and not the full session price.
If you are unsure of your child's swimming ability or are new to Waterworks, we strongly encourage all families to take a swim test prior to enrolling in swim camp. Swim tests can be conducted at any time during our operating hours. If you attend your first day of camp and your child is unable to participate due to their swim skill level, a monetary credit in the amount that you paid for the camp will be placed onto your account to be used towards swim lessons.

Frequently asked questions about our swim parties.
The cost of your party will depend on several factors: the length of your party, the number of guests attending, or any special add-ons. Pricing varies by location.
Waterworks provides Deck Guards to ensure safety and to run games in the pool, as well as to help set up and clean up. Plenty of pool toys and rafts are provided to keep your guests entertained. Tables and benches are provided for the out-of-water portion of your party. Lifejackets are available for any children who are not water-safe. Invitations are available upon request. Some locations have a refrigerator available for storing food.

It depends on the age of the children. For children who are 6 years old or older, we recommend a 2.5 or 3 hour party.
Parties are primarily held in the evenings on Saturdays and Sundays. Times and specific availability varies by location. The availability for parties at all locations depends on the programming for the weekend.
The children typically spend most of the party time in the water. We will reserve 45 minutes at the end of your party for cake, food, and/or presents. Our deck guards will organize and run the pool games. We will provide inflatable toys, rafts and pool noodles for the play time in the pool.
You are welcome to bring in your own decorations for your party. Our team will be happy to help you set up your decor. Depending on the location of your party, you may arrive between 15-30 minutes prior to your party start time. Our Party Coordinator will discuss this with you when they review the timeline for your event. Waterworks does not provide any party decorations.
Yes! You can bring in outside food and drinks as long as they are not in glass containers. Please speak to our party coordinator if you would like to bring alcohol.

The earliest time a party can start on a Friday is 8:00pm, and on Saturdays or Sundays is 5:00pm. The availability for parties depends on the programming for the weekend.
